Payment Options 

 We currently do not accept commercial insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. However, a medical bill with diagnosis codes can be provided upon request so one may submit it to their insurance for potential reimbursement.  Payments are due at the time of service and are conveniently made available with no additional charge by Zelle or Venmo. Additionally, if you wish to use a credit card in person or an HSA card, point-of-care service is available for an additional 2.9% processing fee.
