Weight Loss Options 

Office visit cost: $100 

Office visits are conducted every 6 weeks at the provider's discretion and are based on patient progress, prescribed medications, and experienced side effects, if any.  Office visit includes assessment, vital signs, weight, and body measurements to track progress. 

Month 1 (30-day supply)

     - Naltrexone 1.5 mg daily 

     - Sermorelin 500 mcg dissolving tab

     - Lipo-Trim daily sublingual spray

Month 2 (30-day supply) 

     - Naltrexone 3.0 mg daily 

     - Sermorelin 500 mcg dissolving tab

     - Lipo-Trim daily sublingual spray

Month 3+ (30-day supply) 

     - Naltrexone 1.5 mg daily 

     - Sermorelin 500 mcg dissolving tab

     - Lipo-Trim daily sublingual spray

Cost: $275.00 monthly. Includes office visits with measurements. 

GLP-1/GIP with B6

Office visit plus the cost of medication. Medication is $405 monthly for the first three months, as the dosage must slowly be increased. Thereafter a vial will cost $405. Dosages are customized and depending on dose determines how long each vial will last.

Office visit plus the cost of medication. Medication is $160 for the first 3 months as you must slowly increase the dosage.  Thereafter medication cost it $160 per vial.  Dosing is customized and your weekly dose will determine how long each vial lasts.

     - 0.2 mg weekly for weeks 1-4 

     - 0.3 mg twice weekly for weeks 5-7 

     -  1.2 mg weekly after that 

Phentermine/Topiramate Oral Tablets

     - 15 mg/12.5 mg daily for the first month
