Weight Loss Options 

Office visit cost: $100 

Office visits are conducted every 6 weeks at the provider's discretion and are based on patient progress, prescribed medications, and experienced side effects, if any.  Office visit includes assessment, vital signs, weight, and body measurements to track progress. 

Month 1 (30-day supply)

     - Naltrexone 1.5 mg daily 

     - Sermorelin 500 mcg dissolving tab

     - Lipo-Trim daily sublingual spray

Month 2 (30-day supply) 

     - Naltrexone 3.0 mg daily 

     - Sermorelin 500 mcg dissolving tab

     - Lipo-Trim daily sublingual spray

Month 3+ (30-day supply) 

     - Naltrexone 1.5 mg daily 

     - Sermorelin 500 mcg dissolving tab

     - Lipo-Trim daily sublingual spray

Cost: $275.00 monthly. Includes office visits with measurements. 

Tirzepatide/B6  

​

Office visit plus the cost of medication. Tirzepatide is $425 monthly for the first three months, as the dosage must slowly be increased. After that, the price increases to $425 monthly for 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, or 15mg.    

Semaglutide/B6

Office visit plus the cost of medication. Semaglutide is $180 for the first 3 months as you must slowly increase the dosage.  Thereafter medication cost it $180 per month for 1mg, 1.7mg, or 2.4 mg

     - 0.25 mg weekly for weeks 1-4 

     - 0.50 mg weekly for weeks 5-7 

     -  1 mg weekly after that 

Phentermine/Topiramate Oral Tablets

     - 15 mg/12.5 mg daily for the first month

     - 30 mg/25 mg daily after that

Cost: $325.00 monthly for the first two months, then $450.00 monthly.  This includes in-office medications and monthly measurements.
